Automotive Dealership Biller (Entry-Level Opportunity with Career Growth)

Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Dealership Biller to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in dealership accounting and administration.

No dealership billing experience? That's okay. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts and funding documentation
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and lender partners
• Process title and registration paperwork
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Assist with accounting and administrative projects
• Ensure dealership paperwork meets state and lender requirements
