Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring high-potential leaders in Central Illinois to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This structured development role is designed to prepare you for long-term leadership opportunities within our sales and operations teams.

What You’ll Do

Rotate through sales & warehouse operations
Lead and coach frontline team members
Analyze staffing and operational performance
Solve real business challenges
Develop leadership skills with direct mentorship

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience (team, athletics, military, operations)
Competitive drive and strong accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay starts at $50,000 per year
