Each project brings a different product, customer challenge, and opportunity to create measurable impact.Position SummaryMunro is seeking a motivated engineer with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take on broader technical ownership, direct customer interaction, and a faster path toward project leadership.This role is well suited for someone who has built a strong engineering foundation and is looking for more variety, visibility, and responsibility than a traditional single-function engineering position may provide. The ideal candidate is self-directed, curious, analytical, and comfortable working in an environment where technical findings must be translated into practical recommendations for customers.As a Consultant, you will support and lead technical workstreams on customer projects involving teardown, benchmarking, product improvement, cost reduction, manufacturing analysis, and competitive assessment. You will work directly with experienced Munro staff and customer teams to evaluate products, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly.Why This Role Is DifferentThis position provides early exposure to customer-facing technical consulting work.
