What You’ll Be Doing As a Counter and Drive thru at Pasta Express, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our delicious offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions.
- managing the drive thru order in a timely mannor, light prep
- closing duties include mopping, scrubbing equipment, taking out trash and keeping the area's clean and sanitzied.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of teamwork and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
