Wedding Gown Quality Control Specialist

Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Wedding Gown Quality Control Specialist at ENAURA. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of each gown, conducting quality assurance checks, implementing quality management practices, and performing quality audits to maintain the high standards of ENAURA's designs. Approve in-process production and finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to the production team Pack and ship according to brand guidelines Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected and documented Document inspection results by completing reports and inputting data Take the lead on quality control to ensure all garments are finished up to designer level standards Elevate and communicate high risk potential order problems and issues as appropriate to production manager Follow quality control guidelines and inspect all garments to verify excellent condition before final delivery to the customer Monitor the performance of suppliers of raw-materials Maintain accurate inventory Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments Understand Purchase Orders Knowledgeable of garment construction and fabrics Works closely with pattern maker and production manager Qualifications Proficient time management skills Promoting process improvement Hand sewing skills is a plus Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Quality Assurance, or related field Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,325.08 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr The Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association, Inc
