Operations Manager

Position Overview The Operations Manager will provide leadership across production, fabrication, and field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role serves as a key operational leader, partnering with department managers to optimize workflows, improve processes, and support workforce planning.
