Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion. This role will focus on managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results. A company in the property industry located in Delray Beach. Description Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon schedules and costs. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and address project risks, providing solutions to mitigate potential delays or issues. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project-related activities. Maintain strong communication with all project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
