About the Role: We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to the SVP, People at our IncredibleBank Support Center location in Wausau, Wisconsin, and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include: Manage recruitment activities for non-exempt roles across the bank, including candidate communication, coordination, and execution of established workflows and standards. Provide regular position updates to hiring managers and maintain accurate tracking of candidate progress, next steps and hiring activity. Monitor and manage the Careers inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of candidate inquiries in alignment with recruiting practices. Complete internal onboarding process to ensure new employees receive white glove treatment in preparation for their employment with the Bank. Track onboarding completion and promptly escalate issues or gaps as needed. Coordinate and support recruiting events and career fairs, including logistics, scheduling and candidate follow-up. Provide administrative support for People team programs tied to onboarding, engagement and retention, following established priorities and direction. This is a regular full-time position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI. About You: You do what is right over what is easy. You don’t settle for good enough. Our recommended and preferred qualifications are: High School Diploma with minimum of 3 years of transferrable related work experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition support, or HR coordination preferred. Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and/or learning management systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines, completing requests in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through. Interpersonal, planning and persuasive communication skills. Ability to influence others. Process oriented mindset with a keen eye for improvement, efficiency, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
