Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Operations Assistant to the company President based in Louisville, KY. The role involves supporting daily operational activities, assisting with operations management tasks, handling client communications, and performing administrative duties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, analyzing operational processes, and providing excellent customer service to fulfill organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and operations management skills, with the ability to streamline processes and oversee daily tasks effectively.
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate operational data and suggest improvements as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing deadlines.
• Proficient in using office software and technology tools to support administrative and operational functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
• Experience in the construction or drywall industry is a plus.
