Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in an acute care ICU setting
• Accurately document patient care activities using required electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience required; each work history entry must list the charting system used
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required
• No time-off requests (RTO) can be accommodated; the listed start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
