Internal Resource Pool RN: Lead Care & Team Coordination
Wexner Medical Center
The Wexner Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Nurse to manage and provide care to patients and their families. This role involves overseeing nursing care by other team members while assessing, planning, and implementing individual care plans to enhance patient outcomes. Qualified candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited program and a current Ohio license. Experience in a relevant care setting is preferred.
