We are a mid-sized law office serving Social Security Disability claimants. We are hiring a receptionist who is bilingual in Spanish and English and has experience handling multiple phone lines. Salary will commensurate with experience. Minimum three years of receptionist experience. Job Description Serves as primary point of contact, greeting clients and answering inquiries. Manages multiple phone lines, screening calls and directing them to appropriate staff. Multitasks and maintains a positive, professional demeanor. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience as a receptionist. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong typing, writing, computer skills, and knowledge of basic office equipment.
