Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Emergency Room environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical proficiency, adherence to compliance standards, and flexibility to support patient needs during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient needs efficiently in a fast-paced ER setting.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed and within scope of practice.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all compliance requirements and infection control protocols.
  
  
• 
  Support patient and family education to promote understanding and comfort.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in GA or a Compact state at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of ER clinical experience.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:0007:00).
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated knowledge of emergency care procedures and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Full compliance with orientation and onboarding requirements.
