Salary: $20-25/Hour

Title: Field Administrative Assistant
Location: Anderson, CA

Utility Construction Company has an immediate need for a Field Administrative Assistant. This position will work onsite at our field location.

Responsibilities:
Administrative and clerical support for job site, as well as support to the local field staff;
Collecting, organizing and compiling various paperwork and submitting to headquarters, regional office or client as needed;
Scanning, compiling and uploading/storing documents electronically and maintaining onsite files;
Data Entry; and
Running errands as needed (company vehicle provided).

Requirements:
1-2 years previous administrative/clerical support experience, construction industry a plus;
High School Diploma;
Must maintain a valid driver license;
Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook/Excel/Word;
Experience with Adobe Acrobat;
Excellent organizational skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to interact with various personalities and various levels of staff; and
Ability to follow directions and willingness to assist where needed.

Successful candidate will have relevant experience, and will be an organized, motivated, self-starter.
