Part-time Administrative Assistant

O2 Employment Services is working with a local Interior design firm to find their next Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time opportunity located in Redding, CA, supporting a busy interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working independently while helping create structure and efficiency within the office. Administrative Assistant Hours and Compensation Part‑time, 5–15 hours per week Preferred working hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday – Thursday On‑site position At least 1 year of experience with strong organizational and time management Ability to create and maintain systems and processes Tech‑savvy and comfortable working in various software programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable with strong attendance and professionalism Create and send professional emails Make follow‑up calls as needed Assist with organizing office systems and workflows Other duties as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
