Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Type of equipment – Anything a Level II trauma ED/certified chest pain center/thrombectomy capable stroke center needs EMR – Meditech (DOS platform) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care ED hospital experience BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC and ENPC Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. CEN and/or Meditech experience Experience working in a high-volume ED Unit List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Anything a Level II trauma ED/certified chest pain center/thrombectomy capable stroke center might do Psych/at risk patient care which has important patient safety monitoring and focus Procedural sedation, primarily with Propofol, Etomidate and Ketamine Elevated rate!!
