Integrity Realty Group is seeking an Assistant Carpenter to join our Renovation Crew, helping transform apartment homes throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to expand their carpentry skills while working alongside an experienced carpenter.

Every day is different as you'll travel to apartment communities across the region, assisting with apartment renovations that improve our residents' homes.

What You'll Do

• Assist the lead carpenter with apartment remodeling and renovation projects
• Perform basic carpentry including framing, trim, doors, cabinets, and finish work
• Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
• Install ceramic, porcelain, and luxury vinyl tile flooring as assigned
• Prepare apartments for renovation by removing fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, and other materials
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Travel to apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio as needed
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry experience required
• Experience with drywall installation, mudding, and finishing preferred
• Experience installing ceramic or porcelain tile preferred
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work including kneeling, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
