We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing, privately held organization expanding its regional footprint throughout the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Review and analyze commercial accounts, including coverage, limits, exposures, and program structure, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare new business and renewal applications for marketing submissions.
• Develop and prepare client proposals and renewal presentations.
• Process account transactions, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), invoices, endorsements, and other policy documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.
• Participate in client renewal meetings and support the overall renewal strategy.
• Collaborate with producers, clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty coverages, markets, and policy servicing.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Middle market experience strongly preferred.
