What You'll Contribute Web performance analysis Customer journey analysis Reporting and dashboard development Stakeholder presentations Forecasting Conversion optimization Test design and measurement Data mining Various ad hoc analyses utilizing web analytics platforms, internal data sources, and marketing technology systems Leverage data from enterprise web analytics platforms and internal data sources to identify opportunities, influence strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across digital experiences Develop and maintain scalable and efficient analytic processes and systems to enable timely analysis, measurement of results, and delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders Identify, study, and solve complex business problems using analytical and technical expertise while communicating results to audiences at all levels of the organization Become a subject matter expert in the company's web analytics ecosystem and digital performance measurement capabilities Present analyses in a way senior management can act upon Utilize strong technical skills, business acumen, and innovation to drive analyses to completion while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting and insights Work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment What You'll Do Analytics & Insights Creates, enhances, analyzes, and maintains reporting on website performance, digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and trends to support optimization efforts Develops dashboards and measurement frameworks to support strategic decision-making Manages forecasting processes and provides relevant insights to stakeholders Provides actionable recommendations based on customer behavior patterns and performance trends Partners with stakeholders to identify key business questions and opportunities for analysis Proactively identifies opportunities to improve customer experience and digital performance Serves as a subject matter expert for enterprise web analytics platforms and digital measurement strategies Provides leadership and guidance on analytics implementation, reporting best practices, and measurement frameworks Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Technology, UX, and other business teams to drive data-informed decisions Partners on experimentation strategies and measurement plans for website enhancements and optimization initiatives Ad Hoc Research & Analysis Applies creativity and analytical rigor to investigate business problems and identify root causes Helps respond to strategic inquiries from stakeholders across the enterprise Engages with peer analytics teams to identify new opportunities, methodologies, and data applications Process Improvement Evaluates existing reporting, data collection, and analytics processes to identify enhancement opportunities Streamlines and automates reporting and analysis workflows where possible Supports improvements in data quality, governance, and measurement accuracy Self Development Maintains expert-level knowledge of web analytics platforms, digital measurement trends, and industry best practices Prepares complex insights in a clear and concise manner tailored to the audience Continues developing technical, strategic, and leadership capabilities relevant to enterprise analytics What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field (5+ years if holding a Master's Degree). 5-7 years of hands‑on experience using SQL and Adobe Analytics to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate strategic insights and performance reporting (5+ years if holding a Master's Degree). Experience with enterprise web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Contentsquare, or similar platforms. Experience measuring website performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital engagement, and online customer behavior. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders. Confidently and effectively handles multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to partner effectively across cross‑functional teams. High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in data, reporting, and forecasting activities. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
