Property Bookkeeper

The Property bookkeeper is responsible for Real Estate property accounting functions Daily bookkeeping regarding property accounts, payment of vendors, and ensuring that property finances are up to date and in order. They manage staff and vendors, oversee the general operations of a property or facility, and coordinate critical data requirements, data analysis, reporting protocols and follow‑up. Qualified Property Coordinators should have prior experience with property management. Candidates may also have experience in property maintenance, internships, or entry‑level roles. Some may begin as Assistant Property Managers to gain the skills needed to become Property Managers. The Finance Coordinator oversees accounting, acts as a control over accounts payable and receivable, monitors lease expenditures, ensures compliance with service program requirements, maintains financial accounting management, reviews performance benchmarks, reallocates funding, and conducts budget reviews.
