We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health care team full-time during mid-day shifts. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, working independently to promote patient well-being and comfort.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 12a-8p

Location: Van Nuys, CA 91406

Pay Range: $30-$33/hr (case specific)

Ventilator dependent pediatric patient

 

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health settings
• Monitor patient health and document observations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families about health management
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed

 

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a licensed vocational nurse
