Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Design and implement individualized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress assessments tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support to individuals and families facing various life stressors, focusing on facilitating their recovery process in a compassionate manner.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the immediate well-being and safety of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to connect them with relevant community resources, including healthcare services, housing support, and educational opportunities.

• Engage in active efforts to coordinate services with community agencies and advocate for clients’ needs within broader service systems.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of available services and engage potential clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural contexts, necessitating a culturally competent approach in all interactions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
