Environmental Services Tech in Scottsville
2nd shift, 3 pm to 11 pm
$15 per hour


Perform routine cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
This role includes:
Cleaning patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.


Chemical and Supply use:
Utilizing appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.


Equipment Maintenance:
Using and maintaining equipment properly.


Trash and Waste Disposal:
Transporting trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal areas.


Documentation:
Preparing and submitting necessary paperwork in a complete and timely manner, such as survey data and discharge or transfer documentation.


Supplies Preparation:
Preparing the Environmental Services cart with the supplies needed. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may prefer previous environmental services experience. No certifications or licenses required for this role.
