Global Recruiter

IntePros is currently looking for a Global Recruiter to join one of our growing Medical Device/Manufacturing clients in Exton, PA. The Global Recruiter will be a key member of the recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of client. By identifying and attracting top talent to client for entry and mid-level roles, this recruiting specialist will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. He/she will be responsible for recruitment execution that efficiently manages the full life cycle recruiting process, and helps achieve a seamless, positive candidate and client experience no matter what the hiring decision might be. Ultimately, he/she will assist client in efficiently delivering on its talent needs to achieve our immediate and future business goals.


Global Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Proactively and strategically source, screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for hourly and salaried positions
• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business
• Help plan and execute job fairs, campus recruiting events, interview days, and other high-volume candidate processing programs to efficiently meet hiring needs
• Work to deliver a diverse slate of candidates wherever possible
• Establish and build relationships with other recruiters and HR team to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wide
• Provide data, research and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplace and client's employer brand position to attract top talent
• Manage all activities within the client applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer and onboarded
• Manage all background check and drug-screening processes related to new hire processing
• Manage all offer processes in an accurate and efficient way Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to support campus recruiting and early-career hiring initiatives
• Participate in and help coordinate campus career fairs, recruiting events, and other outreach programs to build pipelines for entry-level and early-career talent
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
• Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
• Exhibit reliable, punctual and predictable attendance

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline required

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or preferably a corporate setting

• Experience with campus recruiting, university partnerships, career fairs, or early-career talent programs
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and changing environment
• Demonstrated success developing relationships and meeting new people
• Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
• Knowledge of souring techniques using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms

• Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
