Make a meaningful impact working with students in a center-based program serving individuals from kindergarten through age 26 with moderate to severe disabilities. This contract opportunity is available immediately through June 10, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will help students maximize their functional abilities and engage more fully in their educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Comfortable working with moderate to severe disabilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• No PTA supervision required

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy plans for students ages K-26
• Deliver direct therapy in both group and one-on-one settings within the center-based program
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Maintain detailed documentation according to school and professional standards
