Paralegal Manager Opportunity

Job Duties May Include:

• Paralegal recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
• Performance evaluations and ongoing performance improvement plans
• Develop and deliver paralegal training and educational support
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, structures, and best practices
• Evaluate paraprofessional workload and productivity
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Maintain regular in-office attendance

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years of legal practice management experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
