Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school environment or familiar with IEP processes preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals for each student
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, services provided, and required documentation
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Adjust interventions and approaches based on data, student performance, and feedback from other professionals
• Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents to support speech and language development
