Step into an impactful role serving middle schoolers for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year! We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support a dedicated caseload at one school site, working in person with students at Antelope Crossing Middle School. Located near Roseville, CA, this full-time contract position offers a stimulating environment alongside a supportive team of general and special education staff.
You’ll work closely with the principal and collaborative educators, focusing on fostering progress for approximately 30 students with diverse speech and language needs. Ideal candidates are ready to contribute expertise and enthusiasm to a thriving school community.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license
- Current PPS Credential required
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders
- Experience in the school setting preferred (middle school experience a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person therapy and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Keep accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with special/general education teams and administration
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Serve as a resource for staff and families
