Empower students by supporting their communication and language growth as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist serving local schools on a contract basis. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
• Proven experience delivering speech therapy services in a school setting
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both with children and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide engaging and effective direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy, according to student needs
• Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and family members to support each child’s progress in and out of the classroom
• Maintain clear and organized documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and ongoing student evaluations
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based SLP services
