Since 1982, IFD has provided intensive, in-home family services to keep children safe, strengthen families, and reduce the need to place children in state-funded care. We provide an array of evidence- and research-based services. Our HOMEBUILDERS® model of Intensive Family Preservation Services is internationally known.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE
We are looking for someone to support our clinical team, with the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, problem-solve and work independently
• Proficient with word processing and database applications
• Ability to type 60+ wpm
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Starting rate of pay of $21.96 – $26.28 (starting $21.96 – $23.58)
