DENTAL HYGIENIST

Perform thorough dental cleanings and patient assessments across all age groups, emphasizing pediatric care as needed
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant medical records and assist with document review processes
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive dental care tailored to individual needs
Apply strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment
Utilize dental and medical terminology effectively for clear communication with patients and staff
Stay current on dental best practices to support continuous improvement in patient care quality

• Experienced Dental Hygienist (2+ years)

Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Proven experience in a dental office or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, infection control, and patient assessment
Effective communication skills with the ability to educate and counsel patients on dental health
Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment

Experience with pediatric dentistry
Familiarity with dental office procedures including charting, radiography, and sterilization protocols
Understanding of healthcare infection prevention and control best practices
Prior experience with direct patient care and chairside assisting
