These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doLead the site Quality function, setting strategy, goals, and performance metrics aligned to business prioritiesServe as the primary quality contact for customers, government, and regulatory bodiesOwn and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 and ISO 9001)Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits and drive timely corrective actionsOversee root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and failure investigationsDrive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologiesManage supplier quality, including audits, corrective actions, and performance monitoringLead inspection, testing, and product acceptance across manufacturing operationsChair Material Review Board activities and manage nonconformance and risk decisionsDeliver executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and improvement initiativesWhat you needBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense programsStrong expertise in aerospace Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102)Proven leadership in quality engineering, manufacturing, or designExperience leading teams and managing supervisors or technical staffDeep knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and quality toolsAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work – requiredExperience in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferredDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Citizen".
