Production Manager - High-Volume Manufacturing | $110K-$130K + Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement while overseeing large production teams and meeting customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Coach and support shift supervisors, team leads, and technical leaders.
• Manage production schedules and changing priorities to meet customer demand.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to achieve plant and customer goals.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and throughput.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Develop talent, build high-performing teams, and support succession planning efforts.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Work that directly supports patient care.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Experience leading large teams with responsibility for 80-100+ indirect reports.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, medical device manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience managing KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for full manufacturing shifts.
• Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead.
• Excellent hand dexterity.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and perform similar physical activities.
• Ability to accommodate an occasional flexible schedule when required and engage all shifts.
• Must be able to safely operate required equipment for performing job functions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
• 10% Annual Incentive Bonus
