The Role:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will split your time between two critical functions:

1. Talent Acquisition:
2. Recruit and place high-caliber full-time candidates in roles within Technology.
3. Use your expertise to source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to clients.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
5. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent.
6. Business Development:
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teams.
8. Identify new business opportunities by actively engaging in lead generation, client outreach, and attending networking events.
9. Develop and execute customized recruiting and sales strategies tailored to client needs.
10. Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in recruiting, sales, or business development with experience placing full-time candidates in Technology. Staffing or executive recruiting experience preferred.
• Results-Driven:
• You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and recruitment goals.
• Communication Skills:
