Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of public cloud outcomes for a critical infrastructure portfolio. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of projects with a strong focus on public cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring that infrastructure and cloud platforms are supported by consistent governance, execution discipline, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and financials to senior management
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and resourcing
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive level communication skills
• Experience with program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, and Public Cloud technologies
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

Desired skills:

• PMP certification
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe / Agile certifications
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
