Residential Youth Care Specialist - Impact & Growth

Thompson is hiring a Residential Youth Care Specialist in Matthews, NC to provide care, supervision, and therapeutic support for youth aged 10–17. You will work a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule and help implement treatment plans in residence.
