Change Management Lead

Job Title: Senior Change Activation Lead Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Type: Contract Pay Range: $45-50/hr. Role Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Change Activation Lead to drive alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives. This is a highly strategic, stakeholder-facing role focused on influencing leadership, shaping messaging, and ensuring transformation efforts translate into real adoption and behavioral change across the organization. Working at the intersection of business, product, and leadership, you'll ensure complex initiatives are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully implemented. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging, influence decision-making, and translate strategic initiatives into actionable direction. The ideal candidate has strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a track record of translating complex programs into clear, actionable direction. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide change activation strategy across transformation initiatives. Partner with executive stakeholders to define messaging, narratives, and success metrics. Drive alignment across business, product, and operations teams. Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling communications that drive adoption. Identify and address organizational resistance while influencing leadership decisions. Develop and oversee communication strategies for multiple stakeholder groups. Ensure alignment between business objectives, program execution, and user adoption. Guide cross-functional teams on change strategy and organizational readiness. Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational change and transformation risks. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, organizational change, or related leadership roles. Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, or similar). Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build organizational alignment. Experience navigating complex, cross-functional organizations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proven success driving enterprise adoption and behavioral change. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in communication-focused disciplines such as marketing, media, journalism, or product storytelling.
