Whether you're looking to break free from call centers or step into a role with real   career   advancement ,  flexible schedules, and uncapped earning potential—this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

• Meet face-to-face with small and mid-sized business owners in your territory

• Offer supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their employees’ needs

• Build your own book of business and set your own schedule

• Handle follow-ups with current and prospective clients

• Attend team calls and stay aligned with your sales manager

• Submit daily activity and metrics (we keep it simple and focused)

What You’ll Earn

• $78,000–$90,000/year (draw + commissions + bonuses)

• Weekly draw pay (first 6 weeks)

• Commission kicks in immediately—your effort = your income

• Bonuses, incentive trips, stock share opportunities, and more

• 100%  lifetime vested renewal after 5 years

You Bring

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to get licensed in Health & Life (we’ll help!)

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school work experience (exceptions made for sales experience or near-completion of degree)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (Set your own hours)

• Occasional weekends as needed (optional travel)
