In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the seating process, and creating a positive first impression while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive Manage the waitlist and seat guests in a timely and organized manner Answer phone calls, and provide accurate wait time estimates Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Communicate effectively with servers to ensure efficient seating and service Assist guests with take-out orders, questions and respond promptly to their needs Assist with prepping silverware Help maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the restaurant industry Education and Experience: 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
