Production Laborer
Location: New Kensington, PA
Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule: 1st or 3rd Shift
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Rotating Schedule: 3 days one week / 4 days the next week with every other weekend required

We are seeking dependable Production Laborers for a long-term manufacturing opportunity in the New Kensington area. This role involves supporting production operations, preparing materials for shipment, operating equipment, and assisting throughout the facility as needed. Responsibilities of the Production Laborer:

• Assist production operators with daily manufacturing tasks
• Prepare finished products for shipment and storage
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, banders, and other production tools
• Label, package, weigh, and organize materials accurately
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement throughout the facility
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures
• Support shipping, receiving, and fabrication areas as needed

Requirements of the Production Laborer:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift, overhead crane, or welding experience is a plus, but training is available
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work day or night shift schedules as assigned
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed
