3+ years' experience in truck/trailer repair, manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting
- Leadership, positivity and motivational experience in a team environment
- Experience with supervising and motivating employees
- Leads in fabrication of jigs, fixtures and other aids to assist with Tarp System repairs
- Problem solving and troubleshooting experience for mechanical, electrical and process related problems on trailers and tarp systems
- Welding experience an asset
- Preventative maintenance experience in facility operations, equipment and proficient in the operation of hand tools
- Computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment showing a sense of urgency in work practices
- Ability to do basic electrical problem solving
- Working experience in the transportation, transport and trailer repair industry would be extremely beneficial
- Experience in diagnostic, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with all company policies and procedures
