Core Duties
The core duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Serves as Fund Control Point Official, reviews/coordinates/obligates, and reconciles funding requests.
- Assists in budget preparation for education-related funds and expenditures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person.
- Prepares incoming/outgoing mail, correspondence, minutes, reports, and memorandums, and reviews for accuracy and completeness.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices of management, and organization to emphasize workforce development, performance consulting, education, quality management and customer service/satisfaction, and measures of evaluation.
- Completes advanced strategic plan for facility in coordination with the DLO, regarding education.
- Communicates duties such as electronic mail, publishing, calendar, spreadsheet, database, and/or graphics in meetings or briefings.
- Organizes, schedules, and prepares education resource committee meetings and minutes.
- Demonstrates ability to complete multiple projects within service.
