OB Registered Nurse (RN)This role requires a qualified OB Registered Nurse with experience in Med Surg. The position includes working primarily in the Med Surg unit as needed, with potential shifts in OB. The facility is a small, rural Critical Access Hospital (CAH), and previous experience in such settings is essential.Shift DetailsShift: 1745 - 0600Patient Ratios: 1:1 for OB patients and an average of 1:3 for Med Surg patientsResponsibilitiesProvide excellent patient care in both OB and Med Surg unitsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesOccasionally take charge of unit duties when requiredRequirementsCurrent BLS, ACLS, Fetal Heart Certification, and NRP (all certifications must be from AHA)Kansas or Multistate nursing license required at time of submissionPrevious experience in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) is preferredExperience with CPSI/Perigen charting system is an assetFlu vaccine is strongly preferred; exemptions may be accepted but masks will be required during flu seasonPreferred QualificationsPrevious travel nursing experienceFlexibility to work more Med Surg shifts as needed
