Chief of Staff for Presales

As a strategic force-multiplier for the Global Head of Presales, the full-time remote Chief of Staff for Presales will manage cross-functional alignment, drive execution of strategic initiatives, and support leadership communications within the Solutions Engineering organization. Key responsibilities Partner with Presales leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure organizational priorities are effectively communicated and executed Draft executive communications and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity across regions Run triage processes for decision support, providing synthesized insights and managing escalations within the organization Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in a senior role within a global enterprise SaaS or technology organization Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements Experience in or closely working with Presales, Solutions Engineering, or GTM field organizations is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception through execution in a fast-paced environment Strong background in executive communications, including all-hands presentations and cross-functional messaging
