At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re an experienced home health clinician or looking to transition into pediatrics, we provide the support, flexibility, and caseload assistance you need to thrive.
Competitive Pay- Earn $64–$92 per hour

What You’ll Do- Provide pediatric speech and language therapy services in the home setting
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation and progress updates
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover at home
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain communication regarding patient progress and care needs
- Optional supervision opportunities for SLPAs
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available

- Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
