Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager provides support to all aspects of the Store Manager position. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience, is committed to operational excellence, and assists in maintaining all operational standards. When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant will perform the role of Store Manager. This role is offered at our NEW showroom in Pasadena. Responsibilities Assist in driving all aspects of a high-quality guest experience Focus on maximizing team sales performance Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring design consultants Assist in training, coaching and developing design consultants Facilitate and support ongoing training with all design consultants Encourage and motivate design consultants Assist in weekly lead/business reviews Delegate tasks appropriately Effectively handle conflict Perform disciplinary action as needed Assist in maintaining operational and reporting standards Spend time acting as the Leader on Duty Other duties as assigned Requirements Demonstrates strong leadership ability and is highly driven to succeed Exceeds in delivering high-quality guest relations Strong organizational, time management, technological and communication skills Possesses the ability and desire to train, coach, develop and motivate others to achieve results Possesses advanced selling skills and ability to train other team members Ability to manage stress effectively and perform in a high-energy environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Compensation $50,000 (minimum hourly base) – $100,000 annual Hourly/Non-Exempt Includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location Benefits Exceptional advancement opportunities Competitive earnings, bonus opportunities, and generous employee discount Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits (offerings differ between full‑time and part‑time status) Flex spending plan 401K retirement program and 529 college savings plan Paid vacations and holidays (Full‑time employees only) Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
