Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. What’s Needed? Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong decision‑making, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to manage budgets, operational metrics, and KPIs effectively.
