Overview Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse / RN VIPC, Hospice Location: St. Louis, MO - office location Position: Clinical Liaison VIPC, Hospice Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: St. Louis University Hospital Find Your Passion and Purpose as a Hospice Clinical Liaison VIPC Salary: $80000 - $95000 / yearly Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11am-7:30pm + Wednesday 8am meeting remotely What You Need to Know Key Reponsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and care teams through daily in‑person collaboration and communication. Serve as the primary clinical resource for hospice education, eligibility, and appropriateness. Conduct patient assessments and coordinate the admission process. Partner with Admissions, Clinical, and Care Teams for smooth transitions. Advocate for patients and families during goals‑of‑care conversations. Participate in interdisciplinary planning, training, and outreach. Uphold ethics, quality, and continuous learning. Meet expectations for response times, referral coordination, and communication.
