Standards of Behavior Line of Responsibility and Authority LINE OF AUTHORITY: RN II, Emergency Department - Director of Emergency Department Professionalism and Self-Development Education and Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least one year Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months and acute critical experience within the last 12 months or EMT and ED Tech with a minimum of 2 years experience & in good standing. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of California. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Evidence of current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: MICN desired to be completed within one year of hire. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: MICN, NRP, TNCC, and CEN encouraged and recommended. QUALIFICATIONS: Basic computer skills.
