Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Dispatcher to support nationwide field operations for enterprise technology deployments. Role: Dispatcher Location: Duluth, GA Onsite: Hybrid, 2 days onsite after training is completed. Schedule: 9a - 6pm or 10a - 7pm Job Type: Contract Contract length: 3+ months Pay: $17 - $21/hour What Youll Do: Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for service calls across the U.S. Prioritize urgent work orders to meet customer SLAs Monitor dispatch queues and assign cases efficiently Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and vendors Document activity accurately in internal systems Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in real time What You Bring: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure High attention to detail and strong follow-through Microsoft Office proficiency Positive, team-first attitude with initiative Dispatching, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Field Nation, or Work Market experience is a plus Why should you apply?
